DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 CRISIS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT RETURNS. THIS IS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR WAREHOUSE STAFF. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

If you are not satisfied with your product and you would like to return it to Sonaz, we can offer you a Refund or an Exchange. We do not operate a Refund Policy (items cannot be returned for a refund).

Please note that we can only exchange or offer a credit note for a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 DAYS of receipt of item. Returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition in order for exchange/credit to be authorised. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.

As soon as we receive the returned order, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. If necessary we will get a replacement product posted out to you, provide the same item is available in stock.
